My Story
As a classically trained chef from the Natural Gourmet Institute of Culinary Arts in New York City, I conceptualized, built, and operated my own European-style Café & Wine Barin West Palm Beach for three years. Immediately after closing doors, I went to work for The Breakers Palm Beach as manager at their iconic HMF
restaurant. There I received introductory wine training from internationally renowned Master Sommelier Virginia Philip and Juan Gomez, which solidified my interest and excitement in high-quality wines and wine education. It is my passion to bring delicious boutique wines to
restaurants and distributors who share the same
enthusiasm for their guests.
